SCS Financial is seeking a Vice President to join its Private Client Group in Dallas, TX. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated client relationship team to deliver comprehensive financial and investment services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. The Vice President will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service tailored to their unique financial needs.

Key responsibilities include actively managing and overseeing clients' investment and financial plans, preparing client meeting presentations, and coordinating manual reporting. The Vice President will analyze complex wealth management topics, develop solutions, and communicate them effectively to clients. Participation in client meetings, timely response to client inquiries, and serving as the primary point of contact for certain clients are essential aspects of the role. Additionally, the position involves thinking strategically about client needs, driving process improvements, and supporting new business development activities.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a CFP or CFA designation highly preferred. A strong background of 5-7 years in investment, wealth management, estate planning, or tax/accounting is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, along with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. High energy, self-motivation, and the capacity to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment are also important. Strong written and oral communication skills and a willingness to travel for client meetings are necessary.

The annualized base pay for this role is expected to be between $120,000 and $130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, expertise, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, the compensation package includes a meaningful annual cash opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
