As a Senior Associate at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of the programmatic team, responsible for developing and executing media plans using advanced technology platforms. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge digital media technologies, publishers, and programmatic strategies, providing a solid foundation for a career in digital media. Additionally, you will oversee and mentor entry-level team members, fostering their professional growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include translating client campaign objectives into effective programmatic activation strategies, such as audience building and sourcing relevant inventory opportunities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with digital account teams—including planning, investment, operations, and analytics—to build strong relationships and ensure cohesive communication. Working with publishers to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize programmatic deals to secure high-quality media inventory is also a key responsibility. Developing technical skills in utilizing digital ad technology platforms, including Ad Servers, DMPs, and third-party verification tools, is expected. Training, onboarding, and managing the daily responsibilities of entry-level direct reports will be part of your leadership duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of one year of experience in programmatic, paid search, paid social, ad operations, digital analytics, or digital planning is required. Familiarity with key programmatic or digital media platforms is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and robust analytical and quantitative abilities are crucial for success in this role.
