Senior BSA - Integration & Business Applications Engineer
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Integration & Business Applications Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on designing, building, maintaining, and supporting scalable integration solutions that connect cloud and on-premises applications across the organization. The position involves working with technologies such as Boomi, Workato, AWS, APIs, and enterprise applications to automate business processes, enhance data quality, and drive AI-driven innovation.
In this role, the Senior BSA will collaborate with various teams, including Finance, Sales, People, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to understand business needs and deliver secure, reliable, and supportable solutions. A key responsibility is providing structured Tier 1 support for Atlassian applications, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, assisting users in resolving common issues, identifying recurring problems, and improving the operational experience of these platforms.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integration solutions. Hands-on experience with Boomi and Workato is essential, along with a strong understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, XML, JSON, authentication, data mapping, and transformation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Groovy is required. Experience integrating platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Atlassian Jira/Jira Service Management/Confluence, and AWS-based applications is also necessary. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a globally distributed environment.
