Senior Business Analyst - WEB

The Senior Business Analyst - WEB at Public Storage is a hybrid leadership and hands-on role responsible for leading the Business Analyst function while performing advanced business analysis tasks. This position involves requirements discovery, documentation, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture, and Release teams. The role is pivotal in guiding consulting resources, establishing best practices, and maintaining an efficient delivery pipeline.

Key responsibilities include establishing standards and best practices for business and functional requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering sessions, documenting business requirements and user stories, maintaining a well-prioritized backlog for multiple Scrum teams, and proactively resolving blockers. The analyst will also build strong relationships with business partners across various departments and serve as the central point of clarity throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience in a digital or technology-focused environment, with 2–5+ years managing or leading Business Analysts or Agile delivery teams. A strong understanding of website and mobile app development processes, expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and technical fluency are essential. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and React Native mobile development environments is a strong plus.
