Senior Business Development Representative, Australia
As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) at Recorded Future, you will be a key driver of revenue growth within the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. Collaborating closely with Account Directors, your role involves identifying and engaging senior decision-makers to create new business opportunities. This position offers a clear pathway to advance into an Account Director role within the company.
Your primary responsibilities include outbound prospecting to identify and engage senior stakeholders using a multi-channel approach, such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will also follow up on marketing-generated leads from events and webinars, ensuring timely and efficient engagement. Consistently booking high-quality meetings into key accounts and converting these into qualified opportunities to contribute to the revenue pipeline are essential aspects of the role. Additionally, you will collaborate with Account Directors to prioritize accounts, map stakeholders, and develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of successful outbound experience as a BDR or SDR, preferably in cybersecurity or technical SaaS products within the ANZ enterprise space. A proven track record of surpassing pipeline or quota goals in enterprise or government segments is essential. Confidence in engaging with executive-level stakeholders, strong communication skills, and a desire to pursue a career in technology sales are also required. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with the ability to travel for training and company meetings, is necessary. Candidates must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with full legal rights to work in Australia, and able to attend the office at least two days a week.
