The Senior Campus Recruiter – Technology, APAC at IMC is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy to attract top technology graduates and interns across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves crafting and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan, effectively communicating IMC's engineering culture, and securing high-potential candidates who will contribute to the company's future success. The recruiter will collaborate closely with a dedicated Campus Events Lead, allowing a focus on strategic initiatives, relationship building, and candidate engagement.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing IMC's campus recruitment strategy for technology roles, overseeing on-campus activities, and directing the Campus Events Lead on necessary events and partnerships to meet hiring objectives. The recruiter will serve as the subject matter expert on IMC's technology business, translating complex operations into compelling narratives for prospective candidates. Additionally, the role encompasses managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, evaluating campus activities through a return-on-investment lens, co-managing the Launchpad program, and maintaining awareness of competitor programs and compensation benchmarks.

Candidates should possess over five years of recruitment experience in technology or software engineering sectors, with a strong understanding of technical candidate profiles and the ability to engage them authentically. Proven expertise in acting as a subject matter expert, a track record of closing high-potential candidates in competitive markets, strategic direction setting, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. A data-driven mindset, experience mentoring junior team members, adaptability during peak seasons, and a willingness to travel across the APAC region are also required.
