Senior Clinical Trial Associate (Contractor)
The Senior Clinical Trial Associate (Contractor) will join Legend Biotech's Clinical Operations team to support early-stage clinical development. This role is pivotal in executing complex Phase I/II CAR-T oncology clinical trials, providing high-quality operational, administrative, and coordination support. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility while contributing to groundbreaking cell therapy research.
Key responsibilities include supporting Senior Clinical Trial Managers in the day-to-day execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. The associate will oversee the preparation and maintenance of trial documentation, including regulatory files and Trial Master Files, and assist with planning, start-up, execution, and close-out of clinical trials. Additionally, the role involves coordinating study meetings, tracking trial progress, and serving as a liaison between the clinical trial team, vendors, CROs, and investigational sites.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field, with relevant certifications being advantageous. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Associate or in a similar clinical research role is required. Experience in oncology trials is essential, with a strong preference for those with cell therapy and/or CAR-T experience. Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, and EDC systems, along with excellent organizational and communication skills, is also necessary.
