The Senior Content Strategy & Operations Manager at EvolutionIQ will play a pivotal role within the Product Marketing organization, focusing on developing and managing systems that ensure the consistent production of high-quality content. This position is integral to establishing the company's presence and earning the trust of executives and claims leaders in the insurance industry. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the role emphasizes operational excellence as a cornerstone of brand quality.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing the content operating model, encompassing the editorial calendar, workflows, taxonomy, and governance to facilitate scalable and predictable content creation. The manager will develop materials such as playbooks, guides, and thought leadership pieces to assist customers in navigating change management challenges. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the company's website to ensure it serves as a credible validation asset, reflecting the company's expertise in managing critical claims data. Establishing performance measurement systems to assess content effectiveness and setting high editorial standards for customer stories and case studies are also essential duties.

Candidates should possess 6–10 years of experience in content marketing, strategy, or operations, with a proven track record in building or enhancing content infrastructure within an enterprise B2B environment. Hands-on experience managing a company's website as a content and brand asset, including information architecture and content management systems, is required. Analytical proficiency to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations is essential. Strong editorial judgment and the ability to create systems that maintain high-quality content at scale are crucial. The role also demands comfort with ambiguity and the capability to define and structure work independently.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $200,000 annually, with flexibility based on the candidate's background and experience. Additional compensation includes an annual bonus plan and company equity plan (RSUs).
