Senior Corporate Lawyer
Delivery Hero, a leading global online food delivery company headquartered in Berlin, Germany, is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join its Glovo Legal Team in Barcelona, Spain. This role involves overseeing corporate legal matters for Glovo's subsidiaries across various countries, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards, and collaborating closely with Delivery Hero's Group Corporate team.
As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate legal issues within the Glovo group, manage capital increases and decreases, share transfers, restructurings, and other corporate lifecycle events. You will also act as an independent legal project manager for internal reorganizations, develop and implement global legal processes and policies, and collaborate extensively with various teams, including Finance, Tax, Treasury, and local legal teams, on corporate transactions and legal entity maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a multinational in-house environment or a top-tier law firm, with a strong background in Corporate Law, M&A, or Corporate Finance. Experience in managing international corporate structures and cross-border legal projects is essential, along with an understanding of financial statements and complex structures. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
