GlossGenius is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to oversee the production and delivery of creative assets across its go-to-market marketing functions, including Brand, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle. This role is integral to ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and align with the company's brand standards. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and operates in a hybrid environment, requiring in-office presence 3-4 days per week, with mandatory attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

In this role, the Senior Creative Producer will manage the go-to-market creative pipeline, handling intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery of creative requests across various marketing teams. They will translate campaign briefs into actionable plans for designers, copywriters, and production partners, ensuring that all creative work is produced on time and meets quality standards. The position also involves coordinating cross-functional launches, maintaining creative operations infrastructure, and managing external vendors and freelancers to support the creative process.

Candidates should have 4–6+ years of project management or creative operations experience, ideally spanning brand, product marketing, and lifecycle campaigns within a marketing organization. Experience in running creative production across multiple marketing functions simultaneously is essential, as is a strong working knowledge of digital campaign production. Familiarity with product launch and go-to-market processes, as well as proven experience managing external vendors and third-party partners, is also required. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a creative sensibility are crucial for success in this role.
