Senior Data Engineer | Deep Individual Data team
Wellhub is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our CARE - Deep Individual Data team in Brazil. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere within the country. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining data models and structures that enable efficient querying and analysis. You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to transform and process large volumes of data from various sources, adding business context and semantics to the data. Additionally, you will implement automated data quality checks to ensure data quality and consistency across the entire data lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has experience creating robust and scalable data models from business requirements and has worked collaboratively to collect, prepare, and analyze complex business data. Proficiency with data pipeline tools and technologies such as Airflow, EMR, and Kafka is essential. Strong collaboration skills are necessary to understand data needs and develop effective data pipelines. A solid understanding of big data concepts and maintaining data consistency across the data ecosystem is also required.
