Senior Deployment Engineer (India)

In this role, you will lead the deployment process for new and existing clients, configuring and integrating Karat’s platform into various client environments. Day-to-day work includes understanding client requirements, customizing technical interview workflows, coordinating with internal engineering, product, and client success teams, and executing technical onboarding sessions. The position also requires actively troubleshooting deployment obstacles and providing post-launch support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or a related engineering field, with at least five years of relevant experience in client-facing technical roles. Solid programming and scripting knowledge, familiarity with APIs and integrations, and experience working in cloud-based SaaS environments are crucial. Additional skills in technical project management, communication, and collaborative problem-solving are highly valued.
