Senior Design Manager, Supply (Remote)

As a Senior Design Manager at ezCater, you will lead the design vision for the Supply domain, focusing on enhancing tools and experiences for restaurant and catering partners. This role involves managing a team of product designers and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective partner workflows. ezCater is a leading food tech platform in the U.S., connecting workplaces with over 125,000 restaurants nationwide.

Your primary responsibilities include defining and communicating a compelling design vision for partner experiences, shaping strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving excellence in UX and visual quality across products. You will also champion research and data-informed decisions, balance speed and quality in the design process, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration to ensure clarity and shared ownership in Supply initiatives.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in product/UX design, including substantial experience designing and shipping complex, multi-surface products such as marketplaces or B2B tools. Additionally, at least 3 years of experience managing product designers is required, with a proven ability to lead product and design vision in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders. A strong foundation in UX and interaction design, visual/UI craft, and systems thinking is essential.

Compensation for this role ranges from $185,000 to $236,000 annually, including base salary and bonus target.
