Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and developing Kubernetes clusters on physical servers, managing and improving CI/CD processes using GitLab, Helm, and ArgoCD, and configuring and monitoring services such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ. Your role will also involve ensuring high availability and reliability of infrastructure, implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies, working with networking, TLS, nginx, and Cloudflare, and troubleshooting and resolving issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Kubernetes in production environments, especially on self-hosted or bare-metal setups, and a strong command of Helm, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD. Proficiency with Linux servers (Debian/Ubuntu), nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancer, and administration of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ is essential. Familiarity with SaltStack, monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and the ELK stack, as well as an understanding of Cloudflare and AWS (particularly S3), are also required.
