Key responsibilities include setting up and optimizing app campaigns to achieve growth and conversion goals, utilizing GA4, GTM, Firebase, Cloud, and Appsflyer for accurate tracking and reporting, developing and implementing strategies for app growth and user acquisition through analytics tools, conducting A/B testing and analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement, measuring performance and behavior of mobile app and website users using GA4, overseeing tracking and tagging implementations for website and mobile app, collaborating with development teams to optimize app and campaign performances for troubleshooting when needed, and monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the app marketing space.

Required qualifications and skills include a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in-app campaign management, exceptional understanding and working knowledge in web analytics, app analytics, and event tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, Firebase, Appsflyer), expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing app campaigns (Google Ads, META, TikTok, etc.), knowledge of app growth strategies and conversion rate optimization, strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions, excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and an understanding of the media landscape and the ability to leverage media for app promotion.
