Senior Director, Airport Revenue Optimization
Metropolis is seeking a Senior Director of Airport Revenue Optimization to lead the development and execution of parking revenue management services for airports. This role involves crafting strategies, building tools, and managing a team to enhance airport parking revenues through both pre-bookings and drive-ups. The position requires collaboration across revenue management, data science, and marketing teams to transform services into data and AI-driven offerings.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of revenue management services such as forecasting, pricing, inventory, and reporting. The Senior Director will provide leadership to the revenue management team, maintain senior client relationships, and drive measurable increases in parking revenue. Additionally, the role involves developing advanced pricing and inventory strategies, transitioning manual tasks to automated, data-driven processes, and establishing metrics to measure growth and impact.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related quantitative field, along with strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A background in B2C revenue management and pricing within industries like travel or transportation is essential. The role also requires progressive senior operations and service delivery leadership experience, a proven track record of impact, and familiarity with modeling tools and revenue management systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across cultures and geographies are also important.
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually.
