Senior Director, Employer Sales
Midi Health is seeking a Senior Director of Employer Sales to join our rapidly growing commercial team. As a leader in transforming midlife women's healthcare through our virtual care platform, we are looking for an experienced professional to drive new business and revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and offers the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare while making a meaningful business impact.
In this position, you will own a national territory, developing and executing strategic plans to identify, engage, and close enterprise customers aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading end-to-end sales efforts, building executive relationships through strategic outreach, and navigating the complex healthcare ecosystem involving payers, employers, brokers, and key influencers. Operating with discipline and urgency, you will forecast pipelines, manage opportunities with detailed follow-through, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine and scale enterprise sales playbooks.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of enterprise healthcare sales experience, a proven track record of success in complex enterprise environments, and deep industry relationships, including connections with employers, brokers, and payers. Strong organizational and pipeline management skills, excellent project management abilities, and a consistent history of meeting or exceeding quotas are essential. Experience with HubSpot is preferred.
The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $210,000 annually, with additional variable compensation. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, including equity and benefits.
