Senior Director of SMB Account Executives (Position located in Arlington, Virginia)

The Senior Director of SMB Account Executives at KnowBe4 is responsible for leading and managing a team of SMB Account Executive Directors and Account Executives. This role is pivotal in driving the company's revenue growth by overseeing sales activities and implementing strategies to enhance productivity. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, and focuses on the small and medium-sized business (SMB) sector.

Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance metrics, collaborating with the Director of Training to develop coaching programs, and ensuring that SMB Directors effectively assist their teams in managing pipelines and achieving sales targets. The Senior Director will also be involved in recruiting additional personnel, conducting bi-monthly pipeline reviews, and maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting for the sales leadership team.

Candidates should have proven experience in successfully managing a sales organization or territory, particularly within SaaS or IT security sectors, consistently exceeding quotas. Proficiency with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to motivate and coach a sales team are also required. A passion for IT security is highly valued.
