The Senior Director, People at WPP Media is responsible for leading and optimizing all human resources functions across the organization. This role serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader, driving excellence in HR service delivery and enhancing the overall employee experience. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing people strategies aligned with WPP Media's business objectives, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition, development, and retention, and overseeing performance management processes. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations issues effectively, and driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources from a reputable educational institution and have over 12 years of generalist HR experience with a strong focus on HR business partnering and operations. A proven track record in HR leadership, strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of employment laws and government directives, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, as well as resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, are also required.
