This role focuses on leading the direct-to-consumer (D2C) product area, developing innovative solutions that serve global customers and internal teams. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of Product to execute the long-term vision for the D2C product line. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build flexible and future-ready D2C software, providing clear product direction to engineering and design teams, and leading product launch planning in coordination with marketing, support, and business operations. The role also involves defining and implementing key performance indicators to measure product success and inform iteration strategies.

Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully executing and launching features that drive long-term roadmaps. Experience in accounting, royalty systems, or other highly regulated and complex domains is essential, as is the ability to navigate intricate business logic, compliance requirements, and financial workflows. Strong communication skills, autonomy, and strategic foresight are also critical for success in this role.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $225,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
