Senior Document Production Specialist - Day Shift - Remote
Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm with over 30 offices worldwide, is seeking a Senior Document Production Specialist for the day shift. This full-time, remote position offers flexible working hours between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional in-person meetings at the Newcastle office as needed.
In this role, the Senior Document Production Specialist will provide high-quality document production services, including creating legal documents using firm templates, performing document health checks, converting documents, and producing graphics and charts. Additional responsibilities encompass cross-reference checking, revisions, comparisons, copy typing, and audio typing. The specialist will prioritize tasks based on deadlines, utilize the Elevate workflow application, and manage documents within the firm's iManage system. Collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional support services to fee earners globally is essential.
Candidates should possess excellent copy and audio typing skills, an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, and up-to-date experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at the MS Office 365 Associate level. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and the Adobe Suite is also required. A solid background in a professional corporate services environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Experience in document production and a legal environment is advantageous.
