The Senior Employer Brand Specialist at GR8 Tech is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the company's employer brand within Poland and across international talent pools. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for developing and executing targeted recruitment marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta to attract top tech talent. They will manage the budget allocation across these channels, optimizing spend based on campaign performance. Additionally, the specialist will organize and host tech meetups in Warsaw, engage with local communities, and represent GR8 Tech at key industry events to strengthen the company's presence in the tech community.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent/HR Marketing, or Community Management within the tech industry. A proven track record in setting up and optimizing paid recruitment campaigns, organizing events, and managing projects autonomously is essential. Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher is required, and the ability to work from the Warsaw office at least two days a week is necessary to effectively engage with the team and local community.
