The Senior Payment Technical Manager at GR8 Tech is responsible for overseeing the technical configurations of merchant payment integrations and cashier setups. This role ensures compliant, reliable, and observable payment processing across various environments, playing a critical part in accelerating client onboarding and payment expansion initiatives. GR8 Tech is a leading B2B iGaming platform provider, delivering scalable and high-impact technology solutions to operators worldwide.

Key responsibilities include managing client configuration and setup by handling configuration change requests, translating business constraints into executable configurations, and maintaining payment methods and acquirer connections. The role also involves planning and executing end-to-end validation processes, coordinating production launches, providing Level 3 support, and analyzing logs and transactions to ensure configuration stability. Additionally, the manager defines monitoring dashboards and acts as a subject-matter expert for Payment Gateway configuration.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in payment integration configurations or similar roles, with a background in configurations, quality assurance, or business analysis within the payments or fintech sectors. Proficiency in JSON, XML, REST APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL, webhooks, Git/GitLab, and CI/CD processes is essential. A solid understanding of payment flows, compliance and risk controls, and practical experience with tools like Postman, JIRA, and Confluence are also required. A strong sense of ownership, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with the software development lifecycle are important.
