Senior Executive Assistant

May Mobility is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives within the organization. The Senior Executive Assistant will proactively manage executive calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and prepare meeting materials and agendas. Additionally, the role involves planning company events and maintaining effective communication across the organization.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience supporting multiple senior executives, demonstrating strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with a high level of initiative and professionalism. Experience with Google Suite is desirable.
