Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the successful delivery of global digital guidance, and supporting the global performance team in developing and integrating performance approaches with broader strategies. The role also involves creating and nurturing relationships with regional WPP counterparts to understand market nuances and tailor guidance accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a digital-focused role within an agency, preferably with in-platform experience. A genuine passion for media, advertising, and the adidas brand is essential, along with a proactive, self-starting attitude. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships and articulate information clearly to clients, internal teams, and partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also necessary.
