We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with our highly talented team and help shape Armada's strategic direction. This role is remote-based within the continental United States.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling and forecasting, assisting with building and maintaining financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and conducting ad hoc analysis. The role includes conducting market research and analysis to support informed decision-making, participating in the budgeting process, analyzing variances to identify trends, and partnering cross-functionally with Product and Sales to identify cost optimization opportunities. Additionally, the analyst will support the Accounting Team on the month-end close process and partner with the RevOps team to drive sales and pipeline forecasting accuracy. The role also involves assisting in reporting automation efforts and improving upon existing robust financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or equity research, preferably at a high-tech or enterprise software company. Experience in investment banking is highly valued. Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement models, valuation, and pricing analyses, are essential. Deep experience with various financial applications, including ERP, CRM, and financial planning applications (Salesforce, Clari, NetSuite, etc.), is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with tactical execution. SaaS experience or knowledge of applicable key metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Pipeline) is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.

For U.S.-based candidates, the starting base salary range for this role is $96,000 - $120,000 USD, varying based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
