GR8 Tech is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team dedicated to building B2B iGaming platforms for operators aiming to lead the market. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering scalable, high-performance web interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive our core product direction. This position offers the opportunity to work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with a diverse team across various locations and time zones.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using React, modern JavaScript, and TypeScript. Your day-to-day tasks will include driving the adoption of efficient state management and modular build processes, optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability, and validating code reliability through comprehensive testing infrastructure. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Delivery Managers to align technical execution with overarching business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior frontend engineering role, with a strong track record of shipping complex, user-facing web applications. A deep understanding of modern JavaScript, advanced TypeScript, and React core concepts is essential. Proficiency in configuring build tools and writing comprehensive automated tests is also required. Strong communication skills are necessary to articulate complex architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in Ukrainian and an upper-intermediate level of English are required.
