Middle Information Security Access Specialist
The Middle Information Security Access Specialist at GR8 Tech is a pivotal role within the company's Information Security team, focusing on enhancing and automating user access management to uphold a zero-trust security framework. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for optimizing and maturing the automated access management service, reducing manual onboarding and offboarding processes. They will design and enforce stringent security measures aligned with modern identity governance and access risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, the specialist will measure and track operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs), proactively addressing bottlenecks in the request pipeline to ensure high internal customer satisfaction.
Candidates should possess at least two years of hands-on experience as an IT Security Engineer or Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist. A strong technical mastery of enterprise identity tools such as Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions is essential. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python, specifically for automating identity workflows or security tasks, is required. A deep understanding of core access control principles, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) structures, and authentication methods is also necessary. An upper-intermediate level of English is expected.
