Senior Full Stack Go Developer
Mitratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Go Developer to join our innovative team dedicated to building world-class products that streamline operations in Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions. As a key contributor to our core platform, you will design and develop scalable, high-performance services that enhance our B2B SaaS applications. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web services using Go and Ruby. Your day-to-day tasks will include writing clean, high-quality, and well-tested code, managing complex database schemas with PostgreSQL, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate user requirements into intuitive solutions. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to research and implement AI-powered tools to enhance our software development lifecycle, focusing on improving developer velocity and code quality.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in full-stack B2B SaaS development, with deep proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development, preferably in Go, though experience with Ruby, Python, or PHP is also acceptable. A strong product-first mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to architect solutions for complex, distributed systems are essential. Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a highly collaborative environment are also required.
