Senior Fullstack Engineer, Care Delivery

Midi Health is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Care Delivery team, focusing on developing and integrating products that enhance the clinician and operational lifecycle. This role involves driving projects from initial brainstorming through to deployment, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing healthcare.

In this position, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to improve existing products and create new ones. Responsibilities include building end-to-end clinician and operations-facing products, crafting scalable and flexible code, influencing engineering processes and culture, analyzing complex technical problems, and reviewing code to make informed technical decisions.

The ideal candidate has over six years of experience in building scalable engineering solutions across the stack, with expertise in Python-based web frameworks such as Django or FastAPI. Experience in developing operational and workflow management systems is essential. A proactive ownership mindset, commitment to automated testing and high code quality, interest in mentoring junior engineers, and a collaborative approach to software development are also key qualifications.

The estimated salary range for this role is $170,000 to $210,000 per year, based on experience and skills. In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for a wide range of benefits and equity in the company.
