Senior Fullstack Engineer, Patient Experience

Midi Health is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Patient Experience team, focusing on developing products and applications that enhance the entire patient journey—from initial discovery and booking to ongoing care management and engagement. This role involves leading large-scale projects through all phases, including brainstorming, requirement refinement, architectural design, execution, testing, rollout, and iteration. As a rapidly scaling company dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare, we offer a dynamic environment for motivated engineers.

In this position, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to improve existing products and develop new ones. Responsibilities include crafting scalable and flexible code, contributing to engineering processes and culture, analyzing complex technical problems to devise effective solutions, and reviewing code while collaborating on technical decisions.

The ideal candidate has over six years of experience building scalable full-stack solutions, preferably in a consumer-facing startup environment. Expertise in Django/DRF and React/Next.js is essential. Strong skills in collaborating with non-engineering stakeholders to align technical decisions with business objectives are required. A proactive ownership mindset, commitment to automated testing and high code quality, and experience mentoring junior engineers are also important.

The estimated salary range for this role is $170,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and equity in the company.
