The position also involves collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence—such as Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations—to develop and execute HR strategies that support business priorities.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a national firm with multiple locations and a diverse workforce. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in applying HR knowledge to resolve business challenges are essential. A master's degree or HR certifications are considered advantageous.
The annual base salary for this exempt position ranges from $115,000 to $135,000, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as experience, expertise, and geographic location. Additional rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
