Senior Human Resources Business Partner
As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Vention, you will act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams across various functions. Your primary focus will be to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives, emphasizing talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management. This role requires close collaboration with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth and success of your client groups.
Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support business goals and drive organizational success. You will lead talent management initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet current and future needs. Additionally, you will partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation, while driving change management initiatives and supporting the evolution of the company’s culture.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in HR, with at least three years in a strategic HR Business Partner role. A proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies is essential. Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are necessary, along with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience in a technology-driven or innovative environment is highly desirable.
