As a Senior Insights Analyst within the Data, Tech & Analytics division at WPP Media, you will serve as the primary consultant for clients and media advisors, focusing on quantitative insights. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, integrating media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. Connected through WPP Open and powered by Open Intelligence, clients gain clear visibility into the effectiveness of their media investments.

Your key responsibilities will include managing quantitative insights projects from initial briefing to final presentation, conducting in-depth data analyses to generate actionable insights, and creating visual presentations that translate complex data into strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of innovative, technology-based campaign processes and actively participate in the evolution of our portfolio and methodologies to drive marketing and media transformation in the AI era. Collaboration with specialized data and tech units across a diverse client portfolio will be integral to your role.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in social sciences, media, communications, economics, psychology, or statistics, along with a minimum of three years' experience in quantitative market or media research. Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling the derivation of strategic insights from complex data sets. Proficiency in quantitative methods such as brand lift studies, segmentation, A/B testing, and customer journey analysis is required. Experience with MS Office and statistical software like SPSS or R is necessary, and familiarity with survey programming tools such as Tivian or Quantilope is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, coupled with a proactive approach to learning new industry-relevant topics and technologies, are also important.
