The Senior Investment Consultant at ProShares is responsible for distributing the company's strategic product offerings through institutional relationships, including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), bank trusts, and single and multi-family offices. This role involves developing and evolving business strategies to optimize the client lifecycle, from prospecting to final presentations, and maintaining service models for both new and existing relationships. The consultant is expected to travel within an assigned territory to conduct office presentations, client meetings, and one-on-one sessions, representing ProShares' strong values and ethical behavior.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining profitable relationships with RIAs, family offices, and other institutional segments to capture sales and increase market share. The consultant will proactively seek and support new initiatives within the assigned territory to enhance the firm's success and market presence while meeting annual sales goals. Additionally, the role involves conducting meetings and presentations, delivering high-quality product knowledge, and guiding the implementation of sales with clients to grow assets within the strategic product range of ETFs.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of relevant work experience in the investment management industry, particularly in institutional relationship management, business development, and financial services sales. A strong academic background with an advanced degree or a professional designation such as a CFA is preferred. Established contacts within RIAs and/or family offices, along with relationships across the wider institutional channel, are essential. The candidate should possess a strong ability to drive client engagement processes, recommend and execute within tight deadlines, and have experience with exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, or interval funds. Broad investment acumen and knowledge of capital markets and the asset management industry are also required.

The compensation for this position includes a salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range is $175,000 to $200,000 (USD), excluding discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
