Senior IT Applications Developer

The Senior IT Applications Developer at EarnIn will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations across the company's enterprise application stack, including systems like NetSuite (ERP), ADP (payroll), Workday (HRIS), and others. This role involves leading end-to-end integration delivery, automating manual data exchange workflows, and implementing SOX ITGC-compliant controls to support EarnIn's IPO readiness program. The position is based in Bengaluru, India, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring two days on-site per week.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrations using direct REST/SOAP API connections, automating data exchange processes to reduce operational risk, and building custom applications within enterprise platforms where native integrations are insufficient. The developer will also partner with various business units to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure integrations scale with EarnIn's business growth.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, along with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and operating enterprise application integrations in SaaS environments. Proficiency with iPaaS or middleware platforms, solid command of RESTful and SOAP API patterns, and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and HRIS platforms like Workday are essential. Additionally, experience with AI-assisted development tools and familiarity with SOX ITGC requirements are preferred.
