Senior IT Support Specialist(Dublin)
KBRA is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join its growing technology team in Dublin, Ireland. This hybrid role requires three core days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) and offers two remote workdays. Occasional travel to current and future EU/UK-based locations may be required.
The Senior IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary on-site support technician for the Dublin and London offices, each housing over 50 employees. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding employees, setting up video conferences, and troubleshooting system, network, and infrastructure issues. The role also involves first-level support for KBRA EU/UK users, both remote and on-site, and remote support for over 500 US-based employees. Maintaining the internal IT support ticket queue and escalating issues to appropriate teams are key duties. Availability to assist EU/UK employees during emergencies, potentially outside typical work hours, is expected.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in corporate IT support and a degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in configuring workstations, Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, networking, ticketing systems, MDM, VPN, and vendor/project management is required. Familiarity with security applications and generative AI tools like ChatGPT is preferred.
