Senior Learning Experience Designer
Metropolis is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to develop scalable and engaging learning programs that support employee growth and align with business priorities. This role involves collaborating with People Partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to create learner-centered solutions that thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing learning programs, applying instructional design methodologies, and creating blended learning solutions incorporating eLearning, instructor-led training, and job aids. The role also involves leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance learning design, producing high-quality video content, and evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in instructional design or learning program development, a strong grounding in adult learning theory, and proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360/Rise, Camtasia, or Captivate. Experience with AI-enabled video tools, learning management systems, and strong project management capabilities are also essential.
The anticipated base salary for this position is between $95,000 and $115,000 annually. The total compensation package may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, and bonus plans.
