Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at EarnIn will lead efforts to drive adoption and retention of the company's core products. This role involves collaborating with product, product marketing, analytics, and creative teams to design and execute data-driven marketing programs that leverage owned channels such as email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of working two days per week from the Mexico City office.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing lifecycle marketing growth strategies across owned channels to drive product adoption and retention. The manager will oversee end-to-end lifecycle campaign operations, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across channels. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, monitoring trends, and translating results into actionable recommendations. Additionally, the role involves proactively identifying and executing new opportunities that provide incremental value to community members.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience leading multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives from strategy to execution and optimization, working with cross-functional partners. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Iterable is required, along with experience using AI tools to accelerate lifecycle work. A data-centric mindset with proficiency in analytical tools like Tableau or Looker is essential. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the different stages of lifecycle marketing and journey mapping, with experience across multiple stages of the lifecycle. Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach are also important.
