The role also involves partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to shape proposals and identify opportunities for expanding client use cases. Additionally, the Senior Manager will coach and mentor consultants on project management and client engagement best practices, and contribute to initiatives that enhance service delivery methods and overall quality.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and have over 10 years of experience managing projects or services, with significant hands-on experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Internal Audit. Experience with GRC or audit management platforms is essential, along with a proven track record of leading teams in consulting, professional services, or enterprise delivery environments. Strong data analysis skills, experience with enterprise software implementations, and excellent communication abilities are also required.
