Senior Manager, Growth Marketing – Paid Search
As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing at Point Digital Finance, Inc., you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and engagement. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across various digital channels, including Paid Search (SEM), Programmatic, and Online Video. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to Point's mission of making homeownership more valuable and accessible.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end execution of growth marketing campaigns, ensuring they are configured and optimized for maximum performance and return on investment. You will continuously test, analyze, and refine campaign strategies to improve key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and lifetime value. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies that scale acquisition efforts efficiently, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly in Paid Search, Programmatic, and Online Video, with a background in consumer finance. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads and Trade Desk is essential, along with the ability to configure campaigns and utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets are also required.
