Senior Manager, Growth Operations

GlossGenius is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Operations to enhance and manage the systems, processes, and intelligence infrastructure supporting its self-serve growth model. This role is integral to maintaining and accelerating the company's growth trajectory, which has seen the self-serve model scale to over 100,000 active subscribers. The position reports directly to the VP of Growth Marketing and is based in New York City, requiring in-office presence 3–4 days per week, with mandatory attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
