As a Senior Manager Learning & Development at WPP Media, you will lead the diagnostics within our leadership development framework and design tailored training programs for our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for our aptitude diagnostics portfolio, including conducting potential selection procedures such as assessment centers, ensuring our processes are consistent, effective, and efficient. You will implement new, modern methods and processes for identifying and developing leaders in alignment with our global requirements. Additionally, you will provide strategic in-house consulting to our leaders and employees on topics related to leadership development, performance evaluation, and talent management.
The ideal candidate brings several years of relevant professional experience in independent diagnostics within a comparable role in Learning & Development. You possess conceptual skills and entrepreneurial thinking, adapting your demeanor and communication style to various stakeholder environments. You work independently, manage topics proactively, and have strong communication and presentation skills. You are capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects, maintaining an overview, and bringing them to a structured conclusion. Due to the international nature of the role, fluency in English is required.
