Armada is seeking a Senior Manager of Analyst Relations to lead and expand our analyst relations program, focusing on key industry evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts, crafting compelling narratives about our products and strategy, and enhancing Armada's position in the market. The position is based in our San Francisco headquarters, with options to work from our Bellevue, WA, or Los Angeles offices.

The Senior Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy to boost Armada's visibility and credibility in key analyst research reports. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of analyst engagement, such as briefings, inquiries, evaluations, and submissions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials. The role also involves leading participation in Magic Quadrant and Wave submissions, aligning Armada's narrative with business objectives and analyst expectations. Building trusted relationships with key industry analysts and collaborating closely with internal teams to integrate analyst feedback into product and go-to-market strategies are essential components of this position.

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in industry analyst relations within high-growth, enterprise, or SaaS technology environments, with a proven track record in managing analyst evaluations like Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves. Strong strategic storytelling abilities, deep relationships with key analysts, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, communications, and executive teams, as well as strong project management skills, are also essential.
