Additionally, the position requires analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in sales enablement or sales roles, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs. A strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies is crucial. Experience with sales enablement tools and Salesforce is preferred, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $91,500 to $105,000 for roles based in New York, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus of 20% of the base salary. Final compensation is determined by factors such as experience, expertise, and market location.
