Senior Manager, People Business Partner (Remote)
The Senior Manager, People Business Partner at ezCater is a strategic role focused on providing HR partnership, consultation, and support to business leaders within assigned departments. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, ensuring the development of high-performing teams in a dynamic environment. The role reports to the Director of People Strategy & Development and includes managing one direct report.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic people plans, collaborating with executive leaders to prioritize initiatives that align with business goals. The role involves conducting stay interviews to monitor employee engagement, coaching leaders on performance management, and ensuring consistent application of HR practices. Additionally, the position requires delivering various talent processes and programs, partnering with the People team on activities such as internal mobility and DEI initiatives, and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting senior executives. A minimum of one year of people management experience is required. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Experience in organizational change management, talent process optimization, and leading projects from conception to execution is essential.
The compensation for this role ranges from $165,000 to $224,000 annually, including base salary and bonus target.
