The Senior Manager, Sales Operations at Lighthouse will lead a global team of sales operations professionals, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. This role is pivotal in providing strategic guidance and support to the sales organization, ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing a team of five sales operations professionals, with plans for growth. The role involves evaluating current structures and implementing changes to create a unified, scalable sales operations team. The Senior Manager will execute the sales operations strategy by identifying process enhancements and translating data analysis into actionable business recommendations. Additionally, the position oversees the development and maintenance of key reports and dashboards for sales leadership, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment. Collaboration with Sales Enablement to manage and enforce global sales processes is also a critical aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales operations or revenue operations role within a complex sales organization featuring multiple roles such as SDRs, AEs, and AMs. Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company, particularly one that has undergone M&A activity, is highly desirable. Demonstrated team management experience, with a passion for leading and developing high-performing individuals, is essential. In-depth experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard creation, is mandatory. Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Fluency in both written and spoken English is necessary. The candidate should be AI-curious, actively exploring how generative AI and automation can optimize daily workflows.
