Senior Manager, Sourcing and Procurement
The Senior Manager of Sourcing and Procurement at Everlaw will lead and execute the strategic vision for the company's sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring alignment with Everlaw's culture and business objectives. This role involves driving cost-optimization initiatives, strengthening supplier partnerships, and delivering operational excellence at scale. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Manager will oversee one full-time employee and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Security, HR, and Legal to scale Everlaw’s infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include leading the procurement and sourcing functions, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and managing key sourcing relationships across corporate services. The role involves developing and executing a procurement program that supports business needs, drives cost efficiency, and enables scalability. This includes leading vendor selection and negotiations, managing the SaaS lifecycle and spend, and implementing strategies to optimize spend while maintaining quality and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, including experience managing direct reports or external contractors. Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing talent and partnering with internal stakeholders are essential. Experience in negotiating large contracts, sourcing strategy, vendor selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and cost optimization is required. The candidate should also have a strong ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Security, HR, and Legal at both strategic and operational levels.
The expected salary range for this role is between $169,000 and $214,000, with the final offered salary dependent upon factors including the candidate’s experience and skills.
