Senior Marketing Manager
Sony Music Thailand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing activities for our artists, helping them achieve their full potential in the music industry. This role involves creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, building strong relationships with artists and partners, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote artists, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across various platforms. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with artists, managers, media partners, brand partners, and other industry professionals to foster collaboration and growth. Collaboration with internal teams, including A&R, digital, promotions, and creative services, is essential to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies is also a critical aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and proven experience in marketing with a focus on artist or brand development and partnership management. A strong understanding of the Thailand consumer landscape, including trends, platforms, and consumer behavior, particularly in the Gen Z demographic, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with artists, partners, and industry professionals, are required. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns, along with strong analytical skills to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions, is also necessary.
