The Senior Marketing Segmentation Analyst at Experian is responsible for developing and optimizing audience segmentation strategies within the Integrated Marketing team. This role aims to drive revenue growth, enhance Account-Based Marketing (ABM) effectiveness, and improve overall marketing efficiency. The analyst will serve as a strategic partner to Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams, contributing to Experian's mission of leveraging data and technology to create opportunities for people and businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities include owning the outbound segmentation strategy by leveraging intent data, buyer stages, and predictive signals. The analyst will develop prioritization and exclusion frameworks to enhance targeting efficiency and reduce overcommunication. Regular analysis of persona, vertical, and segment performance is essential, with the delivery of actionable insights and dashboards. Additionally, the role involves leading AI-enabled ABM reporting using 6sense segmentation data and integrated campaign performance metrics, as well as identifying and refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and behavior-based targeting strategies.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in B2B marketing, segmentation, or marketing operations. Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce, and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP), preferably Eloqua, is required. A strong focus on data integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities are essential. Excellent presentation and communication skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools or predictive analytics and experience leading data normalization or governance initiatives.
